Eddie Hearn's Matchroom Boxing has reportedly signed a 5 year deal with streaming service DAZN. According to Mike Coppinger the deal will be worth nine figures and will start on July 1st when Matchroom's current deal with Sky expires.
It has been reported the site fee for Anthony Joshua vs Tyson Fury is $150 million. Saudi Arabia is set to host the fight in late July or early August.
Leeds city council have refused to license Mauricio Lara vs Josh Warrington 2 at Headingley stadium. The stadium has a capacity of 21,000 and is in Warrington's home city of Leeds.
Floyd Mayweather vs Logan Paul is being targeted for June 5th on Showtime PPV. The fight was originally scheduled for February this year but was postponed. For the fight Logan Paul cannot weigh more that 190 pounds and Mayweather cannot be over 160.
Felix Cash stopped Denzel Bentley in three rounds on Saturday night to win the British Title to add to his Commonwealth strap. Callum Johnson made a successful return to the ring after two years out to stop Emil Markic inside two rounds. There was also wins for David Adeleye , George Davey and Henry Turner.
