In the 'Battle On The Beach', two of Britain's hottest cruiserweight prospects are ready to battle it out on the south-coast in Bourtenmouth this saturday night, with Chris Billam-Smith (15-1 14 KOs) defending his Commonwealth and European titles against Isaac Chamberlain (14-1 8 KOs) , Live and exclusive on Sky Sports.

The british cruiserweight scene is one of the most fiercely contested domestic divisions at the moment with Lawrence Okolie leading the way, currently holding the WBO world title, but several others are quickly chasing the titles. A win here for either fighter can propel them into contention for a title fight in the near future.

Chris Billam-Smith has picked up a lot of momentum since his sole loss to Richard Riakporhe in 2019, picking up the British, Commonwealth and European Crusierweight titles. 'The Gentlemen' Billam-Smith made it two victories over Tommy McCarthy last time out in their anticipated rematch at the Manchester Arena with an eighth round knockout.

Isaac Chamberlain also has only one loss on his record to date, that being to current world champion Lawrence Okolie, since that loss he has joined the Mick Hennessey stable and fought regulary on Channel 5. He most recently defeated former world title challenger Dilan Prasovic in just one round, compared to the three it took to Okolie.

Olympic silver medalist Ben Whittaker makes his long awaited professional debut this Saturday night. The charismatic light-heavyweight takes on Greg O'Neil over six rounds in Bournemouth.

A huge spotlight will be shining on the young West Midlands fighter, who is trained by Sugar Hill Steward, as he looks to carry his amateur pedigree into the professional ranks.
